Once in a while, an art-history dissertation will land you a job and a spouse:
Jessica Maier and Nick M. Camerlenghi were married Saturday evening at the Memorial Church at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. … She is an art history instructor at Tulane University. She graduated from Brown and received a Ph.D. in art history from Columbia … The bridegroom, 34, is an assistant professor of art at Louisiana State University. He graduated from Yale and received a master’s in architectural studies from M.I.T., and a Ph.D. in art and archaeology from Princeton. The couple met in Rome in 2004 while researching their dissertations.
Now that’s a love story one can envy!
Fantastic – and to have met in Rome, too. Good spot for anniversary trips. ..
